Hi, I’m Bonnie, a Christian life coach for purpose-driven women
I spent years as an attorney trying to make a difference in the world without God, finding my worth in my work and in what people thought of me. It slowly cost me my joy, my peace, and eventually my health.
When I finally turned back to God, everything began to change. He met me in my burnout, and for the first time in years, I felt real joy again. As I learned how He sees me, the lies I'd believed about myself started to lose their grip. And He led me into this work, a career I never would have imagined for myself, but one I love.

Every woman’s journey is a little different, but here’s what the program often looks like.
Weeks 1-2 Inventory
We’ll look at what’s going well in your life and where you feel stuck, and begin to uncover the areas the Holy Spirit is moving and transforming
Week 3 Discover your unique design
Explore your core values and spiritual gifts to begin understanding how God uniquely created you to reflect His image in the world
Week 4 Create your Christ-centered vision
Drawing on everything you’ve uncovered, you’ll create a vision for your life that’s rooted in who you are and what God is calling you to do
Weeks 5-6 Create your Christ-centered goals and plan
Together we’ll set SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound), and build a realistic plan to help you reach them
Weeks 7-12 Build momentum
Now it's time to put your plan into action.
Each week, we'll check in on your progress and focus on the area of life where you want support most, so your coaching fits what God is doing in you right now.

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process designed to help you maximize your personal and professional potential. When you work with a coach, you enter into a collaborative partnership. Your coach won't give you advice, tell you what to do, or hand you a formula for success. Instead, your coach will ask powerful questions that help you reflect deeply, gain new perspective, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

No, coaching is not therapy and it's not a substitute for therapy. Therapy is typically focused on healing—processing wounds and working through past trauma. Coaching is forward-focused. When you work with me, we're looking ahead to help you gain clarity and take action toward the life and purpose God has for you. We may briefly look to the past when we identify barriers or limiting beliefs that need to be overcome, but we will not stay there. If you're currently seeing a therapist, coaching can be a wonderful complement to that work, but it's not a replacement for it.

Regular life coaching is about helping you move from where you are to where you want to be. Spirit-led coaching is about helping you move from where you are to where God wants you to be. It's centered on the belief that God has a specific purpose for you and that He guides, equips, and empowers you to fulfill that purpose.
During every coaching session, we intentionally invite the Holy Spirit into our conversation as an active partner. Through powerful questions and active listening, I help you draw out the revelation and direction the Holy Spirit is bringing to the surface. It's a three-way partnership between you, me, and the Holy Spirit. As we work together, you'll grow in your ability to hear and listen to God and follow his guidance in your life.

We'll meet over video call on Google Meets, so you can join from wherever you're most comfortable.
Every session begins with prayer as we invite the Holy Spirit to lead our time together. From there, we'll work through wherever you most need coaching—whether you're facing a barrier, seeking clarity on your next step, or checking in on your progress. I'll ask questions designed to help you reflect, listen for God's direction, and move forward with confidence.
Between sessions, you may have light homework or reflection exercises to deepen what we've explored together. Most of all, you can expect a safe, grace-filled, and judgment-free space where you can be vulnerable, honest, and hopeful about the future.

All sessions are virtual, held over Google Meets. You can join from anywhere in the world—all you need is a quiet space and a good internet connection.
